Great features, but not all were working

My Cafe refrigerator was delivered today, but had been damaged during shipment. Part of the control panel was broken off, likely causing the hot water feature to not be functional. There were dents in the doors and one of the door handles could not be attached properly due to a stripped out screw. Water dispenser and precise fill worked well. Connecting it to the app on my phone only took a few minutes and seems to work well for setting temperatures. Once everything gets replaced, I would assume that the overall rating would go up. Until then, it is an expensive fridge that is not fully functional upon arrival.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is so much space!! I especially love all the drawers not only in the fridge section but also in the freezer space! So easy to see all the items in both areas!

Hot water and ice compartment

The hot water takes to long to heat up then only gives 6 oz a coffee or tea mug is 8 to 10 oz
And the ice compartment is super small three 12 oz glasses filled with ice and you have to wait for more ice to be made ?? No good for a family size

Big (very deep), well built. Love the hot & cold water dispenser. The ice dispenser can be a bit messy.

Lots of features; quality construction; relatively

Only had about a month. Plenty of fridge and freezer storage. Like the cold water dispenser features especially the precise fill. Takes several minutes to heat the water for tea. Was pleased to be able to get an extended 5-year warranty at a very reasonable cost.

Refrigerator came with our new house. We are pleasantly surprised by the feature included. The hot water feature is nice, but the 10oz limit is too small.
