I bought the GE Monogram Cafe two months ago. We are very pleased with the features and roominess. I appreciate the LED interior lighting and well designed food drawers.

Nice Refrigerator but shortchanges ice

This refrigerator was provided as part of the kitchen package of our new home. It is a nice looking unit. The storage capacity is quite impressive and the french doors operate well. Both the refrigerator space and the bottom freezer unit offer excellent storage capacity and function well. Two features are a bit disappointing: While the icemaker behind the left door works well, the ice storage capacity is limited; we run out of ice too frequently. In addtion the "water" button on the front panel tends to stick, precluding utilization of the other features we "fiddle" with it to release.

I wanted to love this frig....but

I chose this frig for its features. This is my first time to own a French door frig. The freezer size fits our needs and holds a surprising amount. Love the water dispenser, however the ice dispenser is just ok. We ran out of ice on Christmas Day for a family of 8. When I use the crushed ice option, it tends to through the ice every where. I like the shelving in the doors (both doors). I can't seem to find a "happy place" for the interior shelving that works for me. The drawers have been good except the "deli". We have had trouble with it staying on track. I do appreciate that I can change the settings for the 3rd drawer. Over all I like the frig, but a little disappointment with some features.

I've only had the refrigerator a day and we love it! The door holds 4 four half gallon milk cartons! Very nice! We love all the features,very well engineered.
