Extremely noisy

Of poor quality. Extremely noisy. Misleading software regarding no USB port to up load photos. I do NOT recommend due to poor quality and EXTREME NOISE.

We bought the Café series thru the builder of our new home and were looking forward to the features on this refrigerator, such as the hot water dispenser, ice (cubed and crushed) but they are all disappointing. The hot water dispenser only produces 10-oz of water at a time with a 2-minute wait to heat. The ice whether crushed or cubed it only gives you a little bit, then stops because the ice is melted and is all clumped together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved it the moment I saw it .. was everything and more that I was looking for .. it had style, elegance and extremely Classy looking .. I knew immediately I had to have it.. I Love the GE appliances 100 %

Excellent fridge

This model has lots of room and excellent features that so far make it a good choice. Since this french door model replaced a side-by-side model, the differences are taking some getting used to, but the temperature control seems excellent and the freezer space is great. I think the hot water dispenser is overkill, but perhaps during the winter it will get more use. I did find it was difficult when installing to do two things: 1) almost impossible to completely remove the plastic covering various portions of the front without leaving some and 2) difficult to lower the front legs as the installation guide instructed. With this latter problem, if the front legs aren't lowered, the fridge rolls when you pull on the freezer door handle, so it it necessary, but the instructions just didn't work. I called the GE support toll-free number, but they couldn't help either, they just read the same instructions I had already read myself. Anyway, eventually I was able to lower the legs using a pipe wrench.

We bought a 4-piece suite and very happy with everything. The stainless is beautiful and surprisingly enough, easy to keep clean. The inside is HUGE and being able to move the shelves around for what you need is more than perfect! Works perfectly well as expected. I have nothing negative to say.

Love the hot water!

LOVE the hot water + WiFi feature. I work from home and set up hot water to be ready first thing in the morning and several times a day. I receive a notification on my phone when my water is ready. This gets me up from my desk as well as gets me drinking lots of different herbal teas each day. My only regret is that I did not get the hands free auto fill. I thought I was getting it so it is a disappointment. Get this fridge, but get the model w hands free auto fill.
