Upgraded to cafe series through the builder. On the first day, (Dec. 2014) compressor went. They finally replaced the refrigerator in Jan. 2015 & on May 26, 2015, it went completely dead!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This refrig is very spacious. I love to buy and store stuffs, and this refrig totally meets my needs. I love the hot water feature since half of family members dont usually drink cold water at all. It is so nice that we can get warm water at the temprature we like. And it looks beautiful too.

Great features, but makes loud sound

The refridgerator works fine, but the fan or motor or something make a constant noise all day and night. You can nudge it a bit then it goes away, but it will come back in about an hour. Service has been there 3 times and still has not fixed it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
