Very good, but not enough room

The product is very good. The fridge and freezer are at my desired temperature, but the only drawback is that the freezer is smaller than I would like it to be.

Nice refrigerator Poor Performance

I purchased this refrigerator about 1 year & 9 months ago and was originally extremely pleased with my purchase. Shortly after purchasing, we started noticing the occasional small puddle of water on the floor directly in front on the left-hand side of the refrigerator. Because it was only happening occasionally & it was a small amount of water, we attributed it to possibly be an issue where one of our boys had dropped an ice cube or small amount of water from the dispenser. We would wipe up the water and that would be the end of it for a period of time. Over the last several weeks, I noticed that the small puddle of water was appearing more frequently I started investigating further by pulling the refrigerator out from the recessed area where it sits and looked around to see if there was an obvious source of where the water was coming from. I immediately noticed a small area on the left-side of the refrigerator that appeared to have condensation forming & running down the side and onto the floor. I had never seen anything like this before and had no idea why it was happening. It was clearly the source of the water that was appearing on the floor. I called an appliance repair company and explained my problem to one of the technicians and he proceeded to say that he had never heard of anything like that happening and recommended I call GE directly. I called GE, explained the issue, and scheduled a technician to come out to take a look. When the technician arrived and observed the issue, he commented that he had never seen anything like this before and he deemed the refrigerator non-repairable. He also observed rust forming on the side of the refrigerator which indicates the issue has been occurring for some time. My initial reaction was, how could a less than 2 year old GE refrigerator be non-repairable? I am now in the process of getting a replacement refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Deciding on what brand and model to replace all 4 kitchen appliances was not an easy decision. A lot of thinking, reading reviews, and in-store shopping, and in the end upped the budget and settled on GE (all Monograms except for fridge which is Cafe because of size). We are not disappointed at all. Looks beautiful, performs well, no issues (ice getting jammed up a bit is not a big deal - you just open ice box and shuffle). We love the exterior water-dispenser, and photo display, and drawer configuration. Note that the sides are black, not stainless. We couldn't find a Monogram fridge that had the right interior space, but we are more than happy with this Cafe. It's been a few months and no problems at all.

Amazing Refrigerator!

We had this fridge installed about a week ago and it is such an amazing upgrade from our previous fridge. The hot water dispenser is incredible given the amount of tea we drink in our home. The LED lights illuminate the entire fridge and the storage space is huge, more than enough for our family of 4. Highly recommend!
