This is the nicest, most convenient refrigerator I have owned to date. It works well, is easy to use, cleans up easily and looks great. The adjustable temperature zone in the center is lovely, I use it all the time, and the crisper drawers are nice and deep and slide easily. The metered water in the door is very handy for more things than I ever imagined, and the hot water on demand is a pleasant upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful appliance, a couple of issues

Love the space and convenience of this fridge, beautifully designed and functions well. The ice maker is not huge, and the water dispenser occasionally drips / leaks. There was some internal damage around one of the interior lights, service techs could not / refused to fix it, so there are some gouge marks that we have to look at.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Questionable lifespan

First, the good: It's massive and holds lots of food, beverages, and whatever else you want to put in there. All of the shelves, both in the fridge and in-door, are adjustable, making it easy to fit pretty much anything in there. Love the separate drawers for fruits, veggies, and meats. Water dispenser is good and the filter is easy to replace. Ice is the typical half-circle shape, which isn't my favorite, but it's still good. And the hot water dispenser is nothing more than a convenience, but still gets a surprising amount of use.
Now the bad: The cooling fan in the fridge went out just one month after buying the thing brand new. Took a full week for a repairman to come out to fix it. Then something happened, I guess during the repair, that killed the motherboard (because all appliances are computerized these days), which froze the front display, preventing us from adjusting any settings or even dispensing water and ice. That took another week for a repairman to come out and diagnose the problem (even though I called to report on the same day he had been there), and then another week on top of that to get the necessary part and repair it. (Your wait time probably varies based on your location.)
The fridge has worked fine since the last repair, thankfully, but I'm definitely concerned things will break again soon. If it broke a month out of the factory, how can I be confident a replacement part will work any better?
I hate giving a bad review, because I really love everything else about the fridge. But if I'm going to pay as much as I did for this model, I expect it to actually work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent functionality and features

We bought this refrigerator approximately one month ago and love the features it has. I have not seen a hot water dispenser on any other refrigerator and it precisely measures. It is very spacious and can accommodate all of our groceries and we still have plenty of additional space remaining. It even hooks up to our home automation system via a ge wireless plugin module and will send us an alert if our power was off for an extended period of time.

Love this fridge!

I love everything about this refrigerator. The interior is brightly lit and the temp select on the "pizza drawer" is great for defrosting meats. The freezer is huge! The ice & water dispenser is pretty cool. I haven't used the hot water function, but the Precise Fill feature is very handy. I was amazed that it only uses 100-110 watts to run!

This fridge is awesome so far - I only took one star away because I did have a hard time uploading pictures - I could not find any directions for where to plug in USB--directions said to plug in but I couldn't find where. My teenage son finally figured it out and we were able to upload pictures - my other complaint is that it turned some pictures sideways which is annoying BUT a refrigerator isn't for pictures it's for food and in that respect it is the best fridge I've ever owned - very happy customer. you tube videos helped learn all the great features too.

Not even a year old and the freezer and ice maker don't work. We lost a few hundred dollars of food.

Perfect Refrigerator

I love this refrigerator more every day. It is incredibly roomy and very intelligently designed. The sliding drawers move without putting tension on them. The adjustable spaces are very convenient. The ice maker works so well we never run low.
