I expected better quality for the price.

We finally got our refrigerator nearly 8 months after we ordered it. After the delivery guys left i started to peel the protective plastic around the fridge a noticed a nice dent on the top right corner side of the fridge(not ge’s fault). While unpack-aging i noticed the spray insulation on left side of the door was on the white panel on the inside and lots of greasing clear silicone like on the edge. Last thing I notice is cold air coming out from the ice/water dispenser. I expected better being “America” made. Clearly theres no quality control

Not working right

The refrigerator has a manufacturer defect found by a repairman sent by GE. I am still waiting to hear back from GE what they plan to do about it.

Poor Reliability

I’m really disappointed with this appliance. I had it installed less than six months ago and with just two of us in the house, this machine has already failed! For the price you pay for these appliances, you expect better performance.

Don’t buy this refrigerator

L this refrigerator is a huge disappointment. I have had it for less than three years and this is the third time I’m having to get it serviced. Everything in the refrigerator and freezer had to be thrown out for the second time. I’m not sure if I want to fix it or throw it in the trash. I wouldn’t even put it at the curb - I’d hate for someone else to be stuck with this refrigerator. This product is truly a disgrace and you should be ashamed of it.
