Unable to maintain temperature

2 years into ownership on this highly priced premium product. We are not satisfied. The fridge is unable to maintain consistent temperatures. Our food is regularly over 42-45 deg when we have the fridge set to 36. We monitor the temperature inside the fridge with 2 separate thermometers. One is a data logger I use for work which is submerged in water for consistent measurement. 2 fridge openings cause the temp to drift 8-10 degrees and it takes 8 hours to recover. It's unacceptable. In addition, the stainless always shows finger prints and smudges. It's impossible to keep it looking clean.

Garbage

I regret the day I picked out this fridge. We are on our second one within 5 years. First one, comprossor quit working, twice. This new replacement fridge, comprossor lasted only 6 months

How to remove drawers.

Non intuitive way of removing drawers from refrigerator. Still have yet to be able to figure this out. Hoping someone from production reads my review and gets back to me. No instructions in owners manual. If unable to remove drawers I will have to return product.

We'd like to help out with removing the drawers. You will want to pull out the drawer until it reaches the stop position, then, tilt the pan up slightly and pull it straight out. We recommend opening the fresh food door more than 90 degrees to remove the drawers.

Good size and features but poor performance

The door is so heavy that over time it has pulled the door hinge and broken it so that it does not close properly. The ice maker drips into the ice bin so the ice gets clogged in the dispenser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezer stopped working after 4 years

Poor quality, save your money

I’ll be honest 14 months touch screen broke no help from ge. Replaced screen with updated part and touch screen works but reboots when trying to switch from crushed to cubes, Hot water tank stopped working. Have to buy ge filter with QR code. Not impressed with 3 thousand dollar fridge. I’ll pass on anything ge from now on .

Already having issues

Just out of warranty and the fridge is already having issues and has required two service calls and ultimately needs to have one of the fan motors replaced. All not covered under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
