Short durability

Loved my GE Cafe refrigerator. But as soon as it hit the 5 year mark, things are starting to fall apart. The freezer is building ice and the evaporator broke. The parts are out of stock on GE website so now I am stuck with a non functional freezer that can’t be repaired. My prior GE lasted 20 years. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large capacity. Love the split shelf to allow for taller items. Also the freezer holds a lot. Love the hot water feature.

Excellent product! The only negative is that it is a bit noisy refrigerator. But, it doesn't bother me, but my husband is getting used to it. I wouldn't change a thing, it looks nice, it's spacious, and my fruits and veggies keep longer and I get compliments all the time. Love my GE CAFE!

Love the fridge. Super spacious. Looks beautiful. Love the water dispenser with exact measurement units. Hot water works great. Have to take doors off to remove veggie trays unfortunately, but other than that, great fridge!

We have only have this refrig in for about 5 days but love the look and performance so far. Based on the previous 5 refrig's we have purchased, I'm sure this will be nothing less than a 5 Star rating.
