We just received our new refrigerator today. It is the exact same as the one that was in repairable after 10 years. We will enjoy it and hopefully it will last longer than the previous model

Some features are useful like hot water dispenser

I like our new fridge ok but the space inside is poorly designed. I tried to move the shelves up and down but it didn’t help. There’s no room for taller bottles or pitchers. Main reason is because of the door dispenser. We had to buy this fridge in a hurry because our old one quick working. The fridges without a door dispenser (in a finish that matched our other appliances) weren’t available until February!! We couldn’t wait that long so we had to settle for a fridge we really didn’t want. Overall it’s a nice fridge. Works well. Looks nice in our kitchen. It’s just the space issue for us. But we’re getting used to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOUD!

We’ve had this refrigerator for 2 weeks now in our new build and it’s super loud. I’ve owned 10+ fridges in my life and none have made the noise this one does. It’s an annoying and high pitched hum, seems most noticeable at night. I can’t comment on the other features other than ice maker works as it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really good fridge, unless you need a lot of ice.

The refrigerator and freezer do their job. We messed up by ordering the hot water feature and sacrificed the second ice maker not realizing that the primary ice maker was so slow in producing ice and when it was full, couldn’t keep up with our demands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had the Cafe refrigerator for about a week. Looks wonderful. Love the amount of room it provides. The hot water is a wonderful feature for both coffee/tea/hot chocolate as well as baking/cooking recipes!! It is an added plus the Cafe was available in white! So far so great!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
