Lots of great ideas, some need better execution

Overall unit is very nice. Super quiet. Favorite feature is measured amounts of water, which is verified accurate. To do this better they should have just had you push a button once to fill the container to desired amount instead of holding in the dispenser. Also the slide out feature for the dispenser is a hit but it’s cheap material that sticks a bit when pulling out or pushing in, and will start to show finish degradation from harder water. For this price point they should made it all out of stainless and used a surer mechanism to slide the shelf out and back in. The hot water feature is once again a great idea but is terribly executed. It takes forever to heat the water up to full temp and then the most you get is 8oz. I can heat water faster, in greater quantities, and more precisely with my Breville water heater pitcher for teas.
Bottom line, there are many great ideas on this unit that would make this five stars had they executed it better. The devil is always in the details.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Attractive Fridge - Nicely Arranged

We are SO happy to have a bottom freezer refrigerator instead of a side by side! So far, we are really enjoying the fridge. The hot water dispenser is a nice extra.

Fan too loud and water dispenser too slow to use

Unit makes a tremendous amount of noise. Fan rattles very badly in the back. Tubing bundle That shows the water completely froze and icemaker/water dispenser stopped working. Has been two months and little response from local company where I bought it. Water maker is too slow for me to even use it. Other than that the unit looks stylish and there is lots of space inside. Overall major disappointment for a huge amount of money.

Has it all - function, features and its gorgeous

Absolutely adore this refrigerator. Besides the beautiful aesthetic, the amount of space inside is something I’ve never seen outside a commercial unit! The special options to power cool or freeze are amazing. And my absolute favorite part: scheduling hot water to be ready for my daily tea break. If you’re on the fence, just order it. You’ll be so glad you did!
