Nice refrigerator but not as roomy as I would like. I like the water and ice dispenser on the unit and the overall look of the fridge.

The worst experience i've had.

This unit is so noisy the fan noise is louder then the dishwasher when it runs, also this is a replacement unit the 1st was sent back unfixable after 3 service calls, when it comes to the are new kitchen this is worst decision in buying and trusting this Cafe appliance.

Nice Features with issues....

I would rate this a 5 star when it was newly installed along with a whole suite of GE Cafe Line of appliances. Really like the hot water dispenser feature and other features this model has. Lots of refrigerator and freezer space. I'm giving it a 3 star rating because after 2 years the sealed compressor failed leaving us with no ice or freezer. The top part refrigeration was barely working. Tossed out $$ of food and was without ice or freeze for over 2 months. After trying for 2 MONTHS to get it fixed/serviced through GE and GE third party service company, GE finally agreed part was covered under 5 year warranty and was able to replace with same model. GE after service department/process and hold times needs to be improved!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don’t like this refrigerator at all. It is loud and the space inside is not well designed. I would not buy it again. I actually wanted the one above it, but was unable to get due to availability. For the price of this, I expected more

Great Refrigerator.

Great refrigerator with good feature using WiFi to heat up water. However, I would recommend going with the models that have the beverage as its own compartment with its own handle. Sometimes it’s inconvenient to open both doors to open the beverage drawer.

Poor initial experience

The refrigerator arrived with a number of issues. Doors do not open or close as expected, but bind up in both directions. The freezer door does not properly open or close and the panel on the back was not properly attached. I have other Cafe appliances and have not witnessed such poor construction. I would not recommend this product given the cost.

Pretty on the outside. Not worth the money.

It works fine and looks pretty. However, the ice gets stuck. The buttons on the front stick. The heated water only fills a tiny cup and takes forever to heat! We bought it to match our other cafe appliances, but I wish every day that we had gone for the cheaper and more functional models we were looking at. The bells and whistles of the cafe fridge are not worth the extra money.

We suggest checking to see if the filter is needing to be replaced or that the water pressure (<40 psi).
