Dream refrigerator

I have been dreaming about this type of refrigerator for awhile, so when we moved into our new home this was my chance. It has so much more room than our built-in had and how the space is designed is very efficient. We opted for the hot water option and this has been fantastic (we had an insta-hot water faucet. We love it and it’s everything we wanted!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drawers on this fridge can not be removed.

I have the LARGER \Cafe model. The crisper drawers are not removable for cleaning due to the doors do not open wide enough. This is the poorest configuration I have ever seen. I was told I have to take the glass out to clean any spills that happen along the rims and wipe the drawers out. Not very sanitary! (This is NOT the counter depth style).
I’ve only had this less than a year and wasn’t even used for 6 months over winter. Sad! I would return it if I could!

Almost perfect

The refrigerator is sturdy, spacious, and seems well designed . The hot water feature and ability to upload digital photos (maybe because the steel surface does not allow magnets to stick) are bonuses. My only complaint is that the ice dispenser spits cubed and crushed ice all over and it's impossible to get it into a glass without making a mess!

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Love the hot water option, I use it almost everyday. The only complaint is how small the ice container is and the water from the door is not very cold.

beautiful and spacious fridge

I love the look and functionality of this refrigerator. The only negative is that I purchased the Matte white color to fit with my kitchen and did not realize the sides are a very dark gray or black, so I have had to purchase an accessory side panel at added expense to get the look I wanted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Refrigerator

Good looking refrigerator and spacious. The cons are that you have to make a conscious effort to close the doors, otherwise they will stay open. It's also a little hard to keep clean- fingerprints are so noticeable. But it is a beautiful appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CAFE Refrigerator

The main reason that we purchased this refrigerator was for the water dispenser features. Very disappointed to discover that when setting the cold water amount that you still have to stand and hold it against the dispense lever. Also disappointed that can't have more ounces at a time for the hot water. Love the lighting inside and the refrigerator overall compared to other brands/models that we looked at

When this appliance arrived it had no freon. Service was called, the issue diagnosed, and a new unit was delivered a week later.
