Happy with the camera. Unfortunately it didn't have the latest firmware to work with the new app. Had to pair with old app first. Could be a problem for people who don't have access to the old app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we had one of these already and thought it was great and worked well with the app. Purchased a second one for our back garden and told we needed to download a new app as the old one was going to stop. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, the app is awful now i have 2 cameras where you can't hear anything and the picture is not good at all. Feel really let down especially as I Purchased a 2nd one camera. The new app is a complete waste of time, please do not waste your time by downloading it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was an excellent camera until app change.

Bought four of these a year ago and was so pleased with them I bought and fitted more for my parents.
They are now utterly useless with the migration to the forced app. Please publish the API so I can write my own utility to check the cameras local storage manually.
I'd give the physical camera (before) 5/5
The old app 3/5
The new app/camera combo 0/5
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They have recently done an update switching from the previous app to the Swann Security app. Disaster! The everything barely works and you rarely can view the cameras reliably. Looks
Like the OEM’ed them and have now stopped using the originals software/supplier. To have something that worked great to now barely useable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had this for 4 months now and came through software change ok.
Night vision is very poor and no option to alter. Also no option to schedule camera off on. Disappointing really as functions ok otherwise
