Does not work as described, and give false information.

I have had this unit for 4 months and it has never worked as it should. I follow the instructions over and over but can't get a fully working unit. * I'm told no files available when played back, but there must be. *One camera records and plays back but others that are set up the same do not. *I have only had two notifications in 4 months *It takes 3-5 minutes to display on my phone *Asks me to renew password every time I try to access remotely on smartphone All in all useless as a warning device, I can see the live view but cannot replay.
