System was a breeze to setup. Compared to my old Zosi this was a dream. Images are crystal clear, I love the light feature. The siren is not very useful for me except to scare the family. The app is great and works fine on WiFi and cellular when away from home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wish I had the ability to set and unset survellance remotely

Have purchased an installed this package. Overall, I am impressed with the day and night video quality and the ability to communicate through the camera.
My only grumble is that I do not have the ability to 'set' and 'unset' the surveillance and reporting as and when I need it. Therefore, surveillance, reporting, uploading images/videos to Dropbox and push notifications are always on, always off or set to a specific time of the day. I wish I had the ability to set all this without having to access the NVR every time.
Maybe future developments of the cellphone app could incorporate this rather than relying on us to activate or deactivate cellphone notifications - bearing in mind this does not stop alerts being uploaded to Dropbox or emailed.

Nice system

I have had this system for 2 days and the picture is really good night and day. The only this i do not like is at 4k res the only option is 8 fps witch i find to low and dose not give a smooth video. Other than that i like the system.

Great Security System

I bought my system a month ago and found this system easy to install and get up and running. System covers a large area of my yard and surrounding area .I can see and record all that takes place around my house.Love this system and would refer it to anyone that wants a dependable security system. Also the cost didn't break the bank.

Poor cameras an support

I received the system as a gift an now I wish I hadn’t. The camera case are poorly designed to adjusting them. You have to research any questions that you may have because SwannSecurity does have it. You get the NVR/DVR with the set up wizard on it but that does not set the complete system how about all of the other functions on the system. They say the email can work with gmail or yahoo, find the help to set up for yahoo. This was my first it may be my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
