It's a fairly easy system to install, but not that easy to navigate around. There should be a comprehensive start up guide in a paper manual form. It's not even easy to access instructions online. Support isn't easy either. I'm happy I've got it installed, but within a week, one of the cameras wouldn't replay and the fast forward wouldn't work. Luckily I found the system file and managed a reboot. It's now back to normal. It's good for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased for a property and had numerous difficulties with push notifications. I adjusted it for days to no avail. Spoke to technical support to no avail also. Have it zoned and configured with PIR/motion but get constant push notifications even when adjusting the sensitivity. The app is intermittent and not fit for purpose. Now I have stopped all push notifications and only monitor when I need to as it was a constant nuisance otherwise.
Personally, I wouldn't purchase another. I suppose you get what you pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
