disappointed in third rack

Nothing gets clean on the third rack rendering it totally useless. I put a small measuring cup on the third rack and its food contents remained after a wash. The manual shows a plate laying flat on the third rack so I assumed small flat items would get clean. When you look into the dishwasher, literally the only water that gets to the third rack is the small amount from the hub on the ceiling of the washer. It receives no water from underneath unless you happen to not have any dishes in the upper rack because the spray arm is under the upper rack. Further, I don't think the hub sprays much water either as the tops of things in the third rack are also dirty. I was excited to have a third rack, so this is disappointing. Also, as others have said, the dishes do not get dry. Does not seem to be a heated dry function - or at least no palpable heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We enjoy our new Cafe dishwasher; however, we are a little disappointed with its drying cycle. Dishes are clean, but still have water on each item that must be hand dried.

Great features but drying is not strong point

Three Cafe products and all had problems from factory which is odd. Oven had a faulty latch that kept oven light on continually. Refrigerator had faulty sensor that kept saying water leak detected. And dishwasher had multiple failures saying water leak detected. All are working fine now as dishwasher was replaced. GE profile dishwasher and refrigerator purchased at same time have had no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!
