Very loud!

This came with the house we bought, so we did not choose this. It is very loud and we do not enjoy this dishwasher at all. We have to try to find times when we’re not in our living area to run it, because it’s so noisy. It’s plastic and comes with no insulation. We would not choose this dishwasher ourselves. It doesn’t come with a lot of programs and the one hour program actually takes more than 2 hours with drying. No time display. Do not like this dishwasher at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Control Board Not Turning On

This dish washer came installed with our townhome that we purchased in 2019. Two years later and the unit is not turning on. The dishwasher should last longer than this. Would not buy this model again.

Hello, thank you for your review. We’re sincerely sorry your dishwasher stopped operating properly after only a year and a half of use. We understand how that would be frustrating and would love to look into this further for you as this is certainly not the ownership experience we strive for. One of our agents will be reaching out via email to investigate further. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work through this. -Chris@GEA

My brand new dishwasher, installed by the contractors in my new build, ALREADY has a leak on the bottom left hand corner. It’s not even 2 years old ! And the top dish rack is already starting to rust. Installation date- 9/11/19

First of all for this price point having a plastic rack is absolutely shocking. Cleaning cycles are not great and are too long even for the normal cycle. It's not quiet as well.

I just came to this site to check if I was the only one reporting this item to be broken after 2 years. I have the same situation. Button drawer rusted and the machine stopped heating as well. Seems like the lifespan of GE appliances is 2 years. I expected more . This machine came with a new house we got from Ryan homes.
