very disappointing.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a GE appliance that installed in my newly built home. From the very beginning, I have encountered numerous issues, including wheels constantly breaking and falling off, as well as the brackets holding the racks breaking. The overall quality of the product has been very disappointing.
Now, less than 5 years after installation, the appliance has stopped working entirely. As someone who has outfitted my home with all GE appliances, I am quite frustrated by these repeated issues. To make matters worse the warranty expired.
At this point, I am in the process of gradually replacing my GE appliances with products from another brand due to these ongoing problems.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.

Rust, rust and more rust on the racks

Dishwasher came with the townhome I purchased, but racks are a piece of crap just like all the other reviews. Rust started within 3 years. I've tried cleaning the rust multiple times but to no avail. Ruined all our dinnerware.

GE Appliances Not Lasting

I built a house in the fall of 2020 and installed all GE appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, oven/ microwave, stovetop/ hood. All together around $10K worth of appliances. The refrigerator's ice dispensing feature stopped working in 2023. Till now, I dealt with it and just chalked it up to something faulty. Just recently my dishwasher stopped working. It powers on starts the prerinse but when it comes time to start washing, doesn't do anything. I can hear the machine click but nothing happens. Not too thrilled about GE appliances at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rust and now won't turn on

Dishwasher installed by builder in 2020. Racks become so rusty I had to replace both in October 2024. Now four months later it stops working completely. Tried resetting but no power at all. Really disappointed.

Very bad experience with this product, supposed to be a good investment but not so long we identified multiple issues, unable to on and long running when it is on. Too much of electricity ⚡️ bill.
