MAYBE ITC WAS JUST A FLUKE WASHER

Product ran fine for four years and then fell into disrepair. We were told it was the service board and that it would be cheaper to buy a new machine then to have it repaired. Later found out that wasn't so. An expensive lesson.

Does Not Clean Dishes

I recently started using this dishwasher as a part of a house purchase. I have already cleaned both the fine and ultra fine filters. To make it as simple as possible, our four year old model does not clean dishes to any real extent. It leaves pieces of food and grease on the products. I have never had a worse dishwasher.

Hello - Thanks for the review. So sorry to hear that your dishwasher isn't cleaning your dishes as expected. To achieve the best wash performance, make sure the incoming water temperature is at least 120 degrees F. WE suggest running the hot water at the kitchen sink before starting a cycle.

They don't make 'em like they used to...

Our new home came with this GE Profile dishwasher. It leaks to the left side, does not clean the dishes well (I always rinse the dishes really well before loading), leaves glasses spotty, awkward button start and is very difficult to get the steam markings off of. I have owned GE appliances for years. I expected so much more from the Profile Series.

We are a family of 4 who generally eat 3 meals a day at home, together. This dishwasher can easily handle the volume and mess of dishes we use on a daily basis. Absolutely elated with this appliance.

Door latch issues started 6 after purchase

Door latch issues started malfunctioning 6 after purchase and door would not lock, just make beeping sound. Also, I have to thoroughly rinse the dishes before putting them through the washer, otherwise everything on the tops rack ends up dirtier after the wash than before the wash

Oh no! This is never something we like to hear, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused for you. We can certainly imagine your frustration with a dishwasher that does not clean as you would expect and has issues with the latch on the door.
Washing performance can is reliant on a number of different factors. First, we would recommend verifying that the inlet water temperature is hot enough. This can be checked by running the faucet nearest the dishwasher on its hottest setting and verifying the temperature reaches at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit. If possible, be sure that "Boost" wash temp is selected. Also, be sure that you are using a high-quality dish detergent and rinse aid along with making sure that the filter is not clogged. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! The absolute WORST dishwasher!!!!

I had the absolute misfortune of having my home warranty replace my dishwasher with this absolute piece of crap. All of the parts are cheap. The top panel I’ve had to replace now three times. The dishes have never come out clean. The cycles run for well over two hours. Do not waste your money or time on this product.

If there is food or detergent residue left on your dishes when the wash cycle is complete, there are a few things you can do to improve your dishwasher's cleaning performance. It is normal for dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. Cycles times vary because of the clean sensors due to the sensor extending or decreasing cycle time and number of fills based on the soil level. Regarding the top panel, please know if you buy parts directly from us, all parts are covered under a limited one-year warranty.
