Use this as a sanitizer and not a dishwasher

This machine is a disappointment . We pre-rinse our dishes and they still come out with remnants of grease and residue. Tried many different kinds of soap but it doesn’t help unless we put all the settings on “Boost”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of the biggest factors in wash performance is temperature, so you may want to double check that the water is at least 120 degrees F. If needed you can check this in the sink before running the dishwasher. Checking that the jets on the wash arm is not obstructed with food residue may also help resolve. Since you're well within your warranty period, a service appointment may be the best option if the above tips don't resolve the concern. The dishwasher is very noisy. It was chosen by the builder so I didn't have a say in it.

This sounds like it has no sound protection. The door feels extremely light and cheap compared to any other dishwasher we have owned.
