Doesn't Work - Mold Everywhere

This product came with our new home. Does not dry even on highest settings and requires all dishes to be hand dried. We have to be careful to immediately open after drying, but After less than 4 months there is mold build up over every wall and the shelves. The mold now gets on all of our dishes after washing. After having a tech come out to look at it, we were told the mold is due to user error for not opening the door soon enough after cleaning is complete. Not angry at the tech, upset at the product for being so poor.
Strongly do not recommend getting this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not only is the design sheik and clean, but I haven't had any issues with my dishes. It cleans my messy cookware so easily. My previous dishwashers would often leave streaks, or require I do a pre-rinse, but this machine leaves nothing but spotless dishes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros:
1. Size is good. You can fit quite a bit in it, rivaling units costing more.
2. The cleaning cabability is adequate. Dishes must be rinsed pretty well before loading, but that's not too different from most of the ones I've used.
3. The cutlery holder is well designed.

Cons:
1. This is a loud dishwasher. I have an open concept kitchen/living room and it is difficult to watch a TV show 20-30ft away during a cycle.
2. The drying is not adequate. Dishes are always still wet. In the units defense, even the best dishwashers I've tried were only marginally better. Do any dry well?
3. It stopped working after 1 year and 2 weeks. It still runs fine, but will not drain. The unit does not know it isn't working properly, so it just keeps going with dirty water. Sad that it failed almost immediately after the warranty expired.

In summary, you can do better for the price of this. It was included with my new build home and now it has been replaced after 1 year and 2 weeks.

Noisiest dishwasher I ever had, either no insulation around it or something. Can’t run it while watching t.v. To loud.
