It’s a low trim level. Physical buttons. Inside is plastic. And also doesn’t come with a dampener so it’s VERY LOUD. It came with our new house. Didn’t have a choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate this dishwasher. It does not dry completely even when boosted temp is on, and it leaves white marks on my glasses! I use Finish dish pods and rinse per the guide and it still does it. I’m ready to just buy a new dishwasher, different brand. This is a new construction home and it came with it.

It looks nice but very loud. Cleans well and that's what matters. Just have to run it when I'm not planning on being in the room.

This GE dishwasher was installed in my new build. The Dishwasher is ok. When comparing to my previous dishwashers this one does not clean as well. I typically rinse all the dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher and on multiple occasions the oatmeal from my sons bowl was still stuck to the sides. This model also is fairly loud when running.
The racks have plenty of room for dishes and they roll well. Silverware has individual slots for each piece.
