Dirty dishes every time

We got this dishwasher in our appliance package for our new construction home. Not at all happy with the quality. Even on the heavy duty cycle, bowls come out dirty. Very frustrating. Doesn’t seem like I should have to wash my dishes before I wash my dishes. ☹️

Appears to work well, but find it difficult to fit silverware in holder and do not believe it will last very long.

I did not personally purchase it, it came with my new built home. I find it to be noisy at times but not unbearable. I have a open concept home so the dishwasher is in near the open space great room. I love GE products and had a dryer for 18 years until this move, Sometimes the dishwasher does not dry it had water on the tops of mugs although I'm using Finish. I cant tell when the sanitary and boost is on because the light does not come on. I hope for dry hot does not happen. I have to read the manual but cant find what I want.
I would recommend this to a friend!
