Purchased for new custom home, professionally installed. Complaint is similar to ones on this forum. Poor control of temperature. Only cooks on the highest temp. Looks nice but cooks poorly. Salesman from authorized warehouse assured me it was a fantastic unit.

I bought this 4 months ago. Grates are too high from burners. Can not use small pots to cook. It burns the sides. Problems with heat controls. From high to low very little change.

Cannot control the heat.

We have this cooktop in our new home. I cannot control the heat of the burners. Superboil is a little bit stronger than high on any other cooktop and high seems to be about medium-high heat. Anything after High does not heat the pans and are just numbers. It makes it nearly impossible to cook anything exactly. I have been cooking all the same receipies that I previously made and it takes longer to cook.

No burner indicator light!

I bought this a week ago and was surprised to find that there is no burner indicator light. All of the ads and the manual that came with it claim that there is supposed to be light on the left side of the panel and one on each burner knob. Not present. This is kind of an important feature. Not sure how it is missing.
Otherwise I enjoy cooking on the rangetop, and it works as advertised.

Great Cooktop..all the way around!

We've been in our new home 3 months and I love this cooktop. I love how the flame adjusts from super high to low. No problems with our cooktop. All 6 burners adjust about the same. I love the double gas level. Easy to clean and looks great!

I bought a new home and this is what was installed. Looks great. I had only used electric stovetops previously so I was excited. Immediately, I noticed that small pots could not be used as the flame wraps around the sides. I also noticed that high does not boil water like my electric so using power boil is not a choice, it's a must.
Why on earth would only large burners be installed on a range top? How about some small burners? I am very disappointed.

We bought this very expensive cooktop in replacement of our old melee unfortunately this product does not have a very high flame basically a simmering throughout the whole range except for the boil
