Burner control awful!

I purchased the stove a month ago for our brand-new home. I was excited to get the 18,000 BTU six burner stove. However I am very disappointed in the flame control. From low to high there is no difference in the flame. I have to Cook on high in order to scramble eggs. I had a technician come out and even he saw that there was no difference between the flames but said there is nothing he can do. I definitely am very disappointed and would not recommend the stove to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The difference between high and low is too drastic. There's no inbetween.

Excellent product with great features

6 burner, pro range top for an everyday consumer price. We looked at the Monogram but found the Cafe had everything we needed. This not only looks clean, beautiful and shiny in my new kitchen, but is a dream to cook on. Temperatures are perfect, it is easy to control and even easier to clean. I would recommend this to anyone!

I bought this range top and the flame on this range top is really inadequate when you place the dial on high or medium it is almost off this really needs to be looked into
