Wasted two vacation days trying to get a working stove in, and still don't have one. Control board panel problem as other have had. What a nightmare.

I bought this about 2 months ago. This range is perfect for our needs, and cooks evenly. I ordered the regular rack for daily use instead of the griddle that came with the range. This gives me more space while cooking with my regular pots and pans, otherwise the spacing is kind of tight. I don’t like the fact that it is normal to smell the gas when you first turn on the oven.

Way better than I had hoped!

The look of my new range is one of the main reasons I purchased. I expected that the teachers would be better than average, but not this great! I was blown away by how powerful the burners are and how useful the flat top griddle is. I can make grilled cheese sandwiches for the entire family at once! The oven baking and convection functions are accurate and easy to use and the Chef Connect function seemed silly at first, but I have used it about 50 times already. I love preheating the oven on my way home from work through my smartphone! It’s also very cool to control the oven through Alexa by voice. I would recommend this range to just about anyone 10/10!

Our previous gas stove died during the Pandemic. We were lucky to find this gorgeous range and WOW it is amazing! Not only is it beautiful (and now I want ALL Cafe appliances) - but it is a DREAM to cook with. My baking comes out even and perfect, everything on my stovetop comes out perfectly - I had no idea what a difference having a pro quality range would make! It’s easy to clean, the grill/plancha grill in the center of the cooktop is great, and the oven is beautiful. I am THRILLED with this and hope you will be too!

Fantastic features

I purchased this range about 3 month ago, and so far I love it... My only small con is that I wish it came in a jet black color instead of the matte black that really look more like a very dark grey.

Gas and 120v hooked up and range works terrific. Now for the bad news, oven light stays on and the oven shuts down saying "Close oven door Cooking paused"

The Griddle and Proofing Setting are fantastic

So many features we love on this stove - the center griddle is getting a lot of use, and my husband is really enjoying the dough proofing feature. Very pleased so far!
