Quietness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found it extremely hard to learn how to use the oven. The demo on the stove itself was not very clear. I called the help center and listened to two musical selections while the person on line went to get help. I did not get any satisfaction from the call for instructions. I was very frustrated and would have torn the oven out except for an auto mechanic who came over and looked at the instructions and figured things out. The demo certainly could have explained thing more clearly.
