Extremely Fast and consistent cooking

Once you’ve cooked on induction you’ll never go back to gas. It’s faster than gas for heating up and boiling water. This applies especially at 7600 feet where we live. Clean up is amazing. When you cook something greasy just cover the cooktop with paper towels cook and throw them away when done. No mess, no fuss!

It's a keeper...

We actually bought by mistake, but once we had it installed...WOW! It's like having a gas stove top (heat on the pan now), but without the flame. We truly love the functionality of the stove top. Whether it's having an elderly parent who tends to leave items on the stove top, or a little kid who likes to reach, this stove top protects those people. The ability to lock the stove top is nice feature. As well, the induction aspect allows only the spot where the pan is to get warm/hot
We ended up having to buy new cookware for the induction aspect of the stove top, but it has been well worth it. Cook times seem to be a little faster, but we are adjusting to the speed at which heat reaches the pan.
The top cleans off nicely
I would recommend this to a friend!

Induction is great. I think it is better then gas, cleaner and infinite settings. I haven’t had anything boil over on it.

We bought this one year ago. It heats up water faster than my microwave. I have enjoyed cooking on it. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because my beloved cast iron skillets left brown stains, even with a paper liner, after one month of use and I cannot get them off. We no longer use the cast iron.
