Amazing cooktop. Can boil water in less than a minute without the pot getting hot. Nicely works for sous vide cooking with the optional Bluetooth probe.

Induction Cooktop

Being unfamiliar with induction cooking, I was unsure about purchasing an induction cooktop. However, I am so happy that I did! I absolutely love my GE Cafe Series cooktop. I love the way it looks, but more importantly, I love the way it cooks. The response time is amazing. Water comes to a boil very quickly and when I need to decrease the heat the response is almost instant. I would definitely recommend this product.

Will Never Go Back

I've had my GE Induction 5 burner cooktop for almost 2 1/2 years and LOVE it! It heats very quickly, the heat level is quickly and minutely adjustable, and it is SOO easy to clean, as nothing ever burns on. I will never go back to either gas (my preference for cooking before induction) or a smooth top electric (my preference for clean-up before induction). I also believe it is much safer with kids or elderly than any other cooktop option. It is not inexpensive, but is worth every penny.

I switched to this induction cooktop from gas cooktop that had had a broken igniter for 10 years. So happy! Cooks fast, quickly responds to temperature changes AND A DREAM TO CLEAN. I’m never going back. Great cooktop and so clean and pretty!!!

We undertook a major remodel including our kitchen. I was vacillating on gas vs induction cooktop. Gas is the current "in" choice but I hate the hassle of cleaning a grated cooktop. I finally pulled the trigger and went with this induction cooktop. It has been a year and a half, and I am thankful every night I cook dinner that I made the choice I did. The induction cooktop is a dream to cook on and clean up. Absolutely love it.
