Easy to use

We are very happy we chose to go with an induction cooktop. As it is in an island with seating, I didn't want to use gas near where people are seated. The cooktop is intuitive to use and I am very impressed with the responsiveness of the various heat levels. It is so much faster than a traditional electric stove and like gas, responds immediately to the change in requested temp. Water boils quickly and food stops cooking when the burner is turned off. The glass top is sleek looking and easy to clean. To make cleanup even easier you can put a thin tee towel under the pan to catch splatters as that doesn't affect the ability of the pan to conduct heat. Remove the towel and throw it in the laundry, You have a clean cooktop and you are ready for the next creative recipe!

Efficient and Easy to Use

I love our new induction stovetop, it cooks so much faster and is so easy to use. It’s night and day compared to a gas stovetop. There’s no gas smell, flames, or hot burners to deal with so it feels so much safer. Cleaning the glass stovetop is not a big deal if you use a microfiber cloth for minor messes and the cream cleanser for bigger ones. I highly recommend this stovetop, it saves time when cooking and is safe!

We just bought the product. It is easy to install, and easy to use. Cleans up quickly. Temp control is very predictable. I look forward to cooking more complicated sauces.

Love love love the induction cooktop

This is my second induction GE Cafe. I can't tell you how wonderful they are. So quick to evenly heat and NOTHING sticks to the surface of the top. One of my first experiences was making gravy which boiled over. I picked up the pot to find gravy droplets all over the
burner. I took a wet paper towel and wiped it off. You can't do that with a gas cooktop. My first cooktop, which was just replaced , doesn't have a scratch or spot on it. My sister was so impressed she also got one. I get the stainless, she got the black. She likes mine better. The extra money is well worth the aggravation of cleanups that never come clean.

Easy to clean—no knobs

This modern stovetop heats and responds rapidly to temperature changes. All function use touch controls resulting in an easy to clean surface.
