This is what it feels like to love cooking??!!

This cooktop is amazing!!! I’ve cooked using a gas range, a regular radiant electric range and radiant electric cooktop and there is no comparison to this cooktop. This is the best cooking appliance I’ve ever used and I’m so glad we chose it. I couldn’t be happier! This thing heats up & cools down so fast that it has totally changed the way I cook everything. Words can’t even express how pleased I am with the performance, ease of installation and ease of use of this device. If I could give it 1000 stars I would. Best purchase I’ve made all year!!!
Note: The new 36” cooktop replaced a super old 46 “ cooktop. The wood framing in the back is temporary until the downdraft vent is installed. Also we added a cutting board to fill the rest of the space on the side.

It’s ok to pass gas!

My wife and I were a little skeptical about remodeling our kitchen and installing an induction countertop. We were huge fans of gas stove/ovens and making the move to electric or induction stove top was the only option. Our house is all electric, we really dislike electric stove top so induction was the choice. We are blown away by how well this thing cooks! Heating up cookware is extremely quick and even! The cons with it, if I have to say there are any, one being the features that are on it aka - wifi/app hook up and electronic “knobs” and the sort. I am old school and appreciate the simplicity of just turning a knob to turn it on and no need for a motherboard with the last ear cpu/gpu to pump out features galore. But if you are into that then great. Not saying it is a definitive con. Another thing that might annoy people looking into it is the need for magnetic cookware. Which means a little more cost to you if your current cookware is not. On the flip side, most of your good cookware is magnetic so might not be an issue. So if you have been gas fans like us for decades, it’s ok make the switch to induction and go Cafe’, you won’t be disappointed!

IT TAKES SOME GETTING USE TO THE INDUCTION COOKING, BUT IT IS WONDERFUL TO HAVE IT HEAT SO QUICKLY. LITTLE DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TEMP YOU SHOULD USE DO THINGS DON'T BURN, BUT ONCE YOU DO, YOU WILL LOVE IT!
