Even salmon smell goes away

My wife and I have cooked salmon our whole lives. And it always stinks up the joint. Until now, that is. Moved into a new house last month and fired up the salmon in the oven for the first time. Started to smell fish when my wife yells at me to turn on the fan in the hood. I had no idea there was three fan settings. Put it on high and the fish stink was gone. Just like that. Will we eat more fish now? Yes. Should we? Probably not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet and sucks a lot of air

Nice and quiet hood, and it really sucks. But in a good way. Dimmable lighting is a nice touch and we often use the lower setting for accent lighting in our new kitchen.
