Vent screen

Vent screen keeps falling out of position, for whatever reason it randomly is laying on top of the stove top, I’ve put it back into its normal position making sure i hear the latch snap into place, check it for being in position. Then when you’re just relaxing you hear a noise in the kitchen and sure enough the vent screen has fallen out of the vent and onto the stove top!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
