The easy clean up and the light up knobs.

I am happy with the overall look of the cooktop. The light up knobs are actually a safety feature as we can see from across the room if the stove is off. Many times I have kept the gas on simmer and forgotten that it’s still on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to Use

I’ve been using for over one month and like how it ignites and cooks. However, the stainless steel finish requires a lot of upkeep.

I had a cafe cooktop in my old house which I liked, but I like this one better. The burners are stronger than my old one which I like. Really like the removable cast iron grill it comes with.

Good cooktop

Very good cooktop but the heavy cook plate is worthless as it is so difficult to clean

Hello, thank you for this feedback! We are so happy that you like your cooktop overall. However, we are sorry that the cast iron griddle is difficult to clean. We certainly understand how frustrating this can be.
As far as cleaning the cast iron griddle, we suggest cleaning it with a stiff brush and hot water. We don't recommend using soap, and harsh detergents should never be used as they will remove the seasoning. You can rinse it with hot water and then dry thoroughly. After rinsing, preseason the griddle by applying a light coat of cooking oil to the griddle surface. Then, wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Another tip is to never wash the griddle in your dishwasher or in a self-cleaning oven. I love how beautiful this cooktop is! I’m almost afraid to cook on it cause it’s so pretty! But the meals I have made are beautiful and I love the gas lock feature!
