We have only lived in the house three months and the buttons aren’t right
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty but defective

It's been 4 days since I've had this product installed, in terms of aesthetics it's beautiful. But in terms of functionality, the lights don't turn on properly and these small details are deceiving since it affects the quality of the product promised by the company; therefore, overall the products are too expensive to be having defects like the ones I've experienced.

Love this hood, how it looks and how it works!

We have a low ceiling and I was concerned about the visual mass of a ventilating hood in the space. This hood offers plenty of power without the bulky look. The auto shut off feature is a big win for me, I use that all the time. This would be a five star if the lamps were LED.

Excessive vibration

Nice unit but vibration at higher speeds is excessive. Had service tech check it out and he replaced the motor but there was no change. Implied it was normal.

Beautiful and functional
