Over priced for what it offers.

I bought this to place in our remodeled kitchen. The fan is over priced for what it offers. The fan doesn’t collect much of the air during cooking. The color of the fan is perfect, we do love the matte look.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello James28-Thanks for taking the time to share your review. A hood vent system should properly remove most heat, steam, and smoke from the cooktop. If boiling or simmering for long periods of time on the front burners, the vent will not always be capable of capturing all of the excess steam. It may be necessary to use the back burners in this case. We purchased this hood with our complete Cafe suite. Looks great. Works great. Would like to have a trim kit to finish out the very top of the hood.

I like the way this looks in my kitchen. One of the lights went out right after I purchased it but being still under warranty, a tech is coming to replace the halogen bulb. It looks tricky.

Looks Amazing!

We just had this hood vent installed and it looks amazing! At 30" we had the option of doing an over the stove microwave with ventilation, but our general contractor told us we would be a lot happier with the amount of suction that the hood vent gives over the microwave. We followed his advice and we are happy with our decision.

I have 4 new cafe appliances and adding the hood was the crown jewel to top off the range. Completing the set, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

Straightforward installation. Variable height is a nice option too. Works very well. Filter is easily removed to wash if needed. Great exhaust capability with up to 2 pots bubbling away and nice lighting. Glass wipes down easily if
