We just opened our Hood today, paid our contractor to come over to install it. Opened the box and didn't even look packed securely. Then we are looking at the ductwork and its bent. Almost like it was squished. So frustrating, we ordered back in late FEB, just received our Cafe products and now another delay.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The unit is unique with glass top which helps hide it. The delay to shut off is a little long.

Sexy, sleek, modern BUT

SLEEK SEXY AND MODERN BUT....
We purchased this hood to complement our Cafe matte white slide in range that we Absolutely LOVE. The glass is loss and almost appears to be missing unless you stand very close though. I do also agree that the seam in the hood is not very attractive. The color also is not as white as the range. It more of a gray tone. This item can use some improvements
