Love the contemporary look, the knobs that light up alerting you the gas is on is a fantastic safety feature.

Easy to clean and fast to cook with. Improved version from another cafe cooktop stove. The flames are broad so they cover more pots surface area. Griddles are still heavy and thick which it make it more resistant to flames.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great when it worked

Gas control knob stopped responding to flames 1 month after install.
Took over 1 month to replace parts and two more failed. Can’t find wok ring for this unit.

Failed prematurely due to cheap control knobs

Beautiful cooktop, but the control knobs are plastic and failed on all burners. I epoxied a tight fitting piece of metal tubing on the replacements which lasted until the ultimate failure of the cooktop after 9 years of use.

Stained in a short time of use

I bought a some cafe appliances and loved them all except for this cooktop. It really hard to clean and stained easily. I’m not satisfied with the quality and I wish I had a choice to replace it.
