Just a really pleasant unit to work with! Big upgrade over previous one, multiple burner sizes, lockout knob for safety, fast heat come-up, nice heat levels. In all, a great purchase for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are so sorry to hear about your difficulty with cleaning around the knobs, we know how frustrating this can be. The control knobs on this cooktop may be removed for easier cleaning. Make sure the knobs are in the Off positions and pull them straight off the stems for cleaning. The knobs can be cleaned in a dishwasher or they may also be washed with soap and water. Make sure the insides of the knobs are dry before replacing. Replace the knobs in the Off position to ensure proper placement. Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home, and we hope you enjoy your new cooktop for many years to come. Replacement

This is a replacement for an old GE cooktop. Saw many other ones that I liked better and had better reviews but they would not fit in the hole in my granite. I do not like the knobs in the front and getting the right temp is almost impossible. The old one was GE and was the same problem with it, except for the knobs. When I change my granite, hope to have other options
