This is so super cool, I am so excited to really get cooking on it. I have had an electric coil cooktop for years. I was afraid to get the flat tops because of safety and afraid to cook on the flat surface not knowing when it’s hot or cool. When I upgraded my kitchen with the beautiful granite it was too pretty to put another coil type stove in. They told me it would look awful. I went to go look for cooktops with a lot of stress the Place I shopped at a big variety and I had a great sales person to go over all of the different features of all the different cooktops. I told him my fears with someone may be bumping and turning it on. He showed me this GE profile with knobs it’s gorgeous and it even has a lock on it so no one can bump it on or I can feel secure and my grandkids won’t be able to turn it on with your little fingers. It looks amazing it is super high-tech looking with The way the burners light up and the glow goes away and you have a light showing that it’s on and it stays on while it’s warm. It looks so classy and nice I’m so glad I got it and I feel confident with the lock and the knobs that no accidents will happen I cooked on it this morning and it was wonderful he’s so fast even has a place for a grill has two burners that hook together when you wanna put a long dish pan on it. I just love all the features I’m so excited A+ from me!

New GE Profile Cooktop

Looks great but one of the knobs doesn’t turn red like the others and it’s sooooo hard to keep clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our new cooktop!

We just had our cooktop put in last Sunday and I’m loving it already. I love the 5 burners and I also love the quick boil feature. The cooktop is a little hard to keep looking fresh and clean, but it’s to be used. I like the knobs, they look very nice.

We have a GE Profile Cooktop for over 20 years and it still works with no issues so decided to upgrade to a new one and we chose GE again,
