Some concerns

I like the look of the product and am satisfied with its performance, especially like the power boil feature. But it is so very difficult to keep clean! Even a small drop of clean water makes a mark. I find I am spending a lot more time cleaning my stovetop than I thought I would. A suggestion: include a cleaning kit (Ceramabrite makes one) with the purchase of the cook top.

Ceramic tops too hard to clean

Several complaints with this cooktop. First, the notion of a ceramic top looks great in the show room, but is difficult to maintain. A cooktop surface should allow scrubbing with kitchen cleaners, not require a special cooktop cleaner.
Cooktop layout is not optimum. The biggest burner is located center rear, behind the knobs. For a short cook, this mean you cannot see into a large pot placed on the big burner. Knobs should be out of the way on a side, not front center.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I replaced a GE cooktop with this new one. After only about 5 uses the top was discolored and burners fo not cook evenly.
