LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT!!!

I just completed a kitchen remodel and selected the GE Profile cooktop because of its modern appearance and GE's reputation for quality products. I was not disappointed; the cooktop looks and works great. I am definetly satisified with my product.

Very hard to keep clean, and the knobs are so close together that that area is definitely hard to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a wonderful cook top! Smooth, easy cooking! The ONLY thing I could bring up is that it is hard to clean at times. You MUST use the cleaner that comes with the cooktop. Other than that I love all the cool features. Love the warming burner.

Scratches too easily

I love the way the stove looks and I love the ease of cleaning a glass top stove. However it already has many scratches from the enclosed scraping tool that was with included. I followed the written instructions and I still have multiple scratches from cleaning the stove with the scraper
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I thoroughly enjoy using this Profile cook top. I like that it has 5 usable burners and I prefer the look and feel of actual knobs (vs.touchpad controls found on other models). The rapid boil and melt functions work great and I like that the indicator lights under the individual knobs glow red when the knobs are activated. The glass is super easy to keep clean with the included sample of CeramaBryte. The knobs look and feel very heavy duty and can even be washed in the dishwasher. There are so many nice features of this mid level cooktop that are typically found in luxury brands at a much higher price point. This particular Profile unit is a great value for the features and price paid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Far So Good

Installation was pretty straight forward, so far the cooktop has done well, the lock feature is nice since we have two little kiddos but the sound it makes is pretty annoying (I guess that's the point).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very attractive, cooks well, cleans easily. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the temperature buttons are in the center of the cook top which is awkward. I'm 5'1 which may be part of the problem.
