Nice unit but prone to issues.

We bought the unit a couple years ago but just got it installed this summer due to construction delays with the kitchen remodel. It’s now past the original one year purchase warranty, and we’ve already had to replace one light socket which was easy enough but expensive, and now a month later both lights fail to come on even though the light switch illuminates indicating they should be on. Sounds like the full light assembly now needs to be replaced.
We do love the look of it and how nice it fits in with the other GE appliances we added. Other than the light issues it works great, but since it’s only been in use about 6 months and has already had two electrical issues, I question the quality of it for the long run even though it should be top of the line based on the cost.

Appliance has not been installed yet. Kitchen remodeling has not started, so I can not comment on the performance or features of the appliances. However:
1. Only the drawer Microwave CWL112P4R1WS and Wall Chimney Vent Hood CVW73014M1WM included the Owner’s Manuals. The Chimney Hood literature package was complete. Not true for the other noted appliances.
2. I am surprised that the kit did not include the charcoal filterJXCF71
