Great when new

Purchased this unit 1 year ago. In one year the blower has failed and bearings in motor have seized. Warranty just happens to be 1 year and it is no longer covered.........
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great profile

The shape and size fit perfectly in our small country kitchen below our cabinet line. The glass shield is clean and classic and doesn’t clutter our limited wall space. The motor had a slight chirping when we first used it ( the reason for only 4 stars) but that has ceased. It is quiet and the halogen light is preferred over the harsh light of LED. Vents well!

Was great when it worked My last Hood came with the house decades earlier and still worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gorgeous looking!

We bought the range hood for our new kitchen (with all matching appliances). It looks really clean, and I can't wait to get more use on it. The lights are pretty nice, and it moves a ton of air.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Light bulb replacement difficult

Lightbulb and lightbulb housing replacement not easy burnt out in the first year ended up taking the whole assembly out because couldn’t get to the bulb itself. Also, GE is making me go through all of this to register my product, but I don’t see how to order replacement parts.

nice looking unit

The unit is unique with glass top which helps hide it. The delay to shut off is a little long.
