I bought this and after 3,4 or maybe 5 years the cover for the foam at the bottom of the back wore through. Wrote to PD for a solution to repair the problem and instead they sent me a new v2 bag. Awesome customer service.

This was my first experience with Peak Design and it's made me a lifer. It has held up SO well over the 5 years I've been using it and I always get compliments when people see it. The versatility of the compartments make it an ideal travel backpack, as well as my EDC. I used to commute to the office with it, but now that I WFH, it's become my go-to pack when I leave the house for day trips or outings with the family. It even doubled as my "dad pack" with my newborn, now toddler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve been using this bag for sometime now as my go-to pack and it’s never let me down. Plenty of room, a great divider system and the bag is exceptionally made.

As a fan of the brand, I was excited to purchase my own Everyday Backpack in late late 2017. I used it as my main backpack for the office, and it traveled with me anywhere, where it was the perfect travel companion, flexible to divide however I chose and comfortable to carry all day long. I am writing this after the zipper of the laptop compartment broke at the last mile of a 3.5 week trip, right in the airport security check. I felt that it was gently falling apart this trip, and the breaking of the zipper (with another major one on the way) I will put this one to rest after almost five years of intense use. I was somewhat disappointed as I thought it would last longer, but I enjoyed using it nonetheless.
I have no doubt that I’d strongly consider buying the 2nd gen of this model.

Amazing lifespan

They are useful for every purpose - work, personal travel, day trips. I’ve been a loyal member since kickstarter days and have bought at least 10 as gifts for friends and family

Great backpack

I purchased this about 2-3 years ago, used it for trips to carry camera gear and essentials, but now have been using this for work instead of my Tumi sling bag - carries 14” laptop, notebook, water bottle, and Yeti Daytrip Lunchbox. I love the color, grey heather and red accents! Not sure what the difference is between V1 and V2, but if I ever needed to buy another one, perhaps the 30L, I wish PD would make this color in V2 since V1 is unavailable.

Most Versatile Backpack I've Had!

Bought this in 2019 and have loved the past two years of using this backpack. I have used it for photography gear and well as using it as work bag. Fits all that I need from camera bodies and lenses, clothes for a weekend trip, and laptop and tablets.
