I’ve had this bag for about 6 years. It has no signs of wear or tear. The amount of compartments and customizability make it a great choice for everyday carry and even weekend trips. Plus it’s not bulky like other camera backpacks out there. I’ve used it to carry multiple cameras, accessories, headphones, a laptop, notebook, portable speaker, etc, and it still has room. Definitely worth every penny. It pays for itself!

Perfect size, great pockets. The dividers are intuitive and easy to move. Perfectly fits my z7ii and all my lenses.

Enduring quality

I bought my v1 20L backpack 6 years ago and it still looks brand new. It's the perfect commuter backpack and works great for travel, although I recently bought a 30L v2 for travel to be able to fit more. I bike to work and the straps are incredibly comfortable.

Bien que je n'utilise pas le Everyday Backpack pour la photographie, mais pour le boulot, j'aime tous les rangements qu'offre le sac. Il peut contenir aisément un laptop de 15 pouces, et offre des rangement pour les câbles, souris, casque, carnet de notes, etc...
Bien qu'il y a des poches extérieures, j'entrepose ma gourde à l'intérieur grâce aux séparateurs flexfold.
Après cinq ans d'utilisation, la seule trace d'usure se situe sur le tissu, en bas du dos. Tout le reste est impeccable !

Best Backpack EVER!

I made my original purchase about 6 years ago when the backpack was still being crowdfunded and thanks to the amazing lifetime warranty, I was able to replace my bag without hassle when the zipper eventually failed on me. I have used and abused every ED Backpack I have owned. They came with me on various trips and are one the most important pieces of camera gear I own.

Can be improved

I have this bag for a year, I love it but there are room for improvement. First, it would be better to have a space for water reservoir. Second, there are too much empty space/ negative space. Third, is too heavy. To be frank, camera or lens is not that fragile, no need to have thick partition for protection. Last, would be nice to integrate capture to the bag or as an option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Build

I bought this bag in late 2019 and it's served me extremely well. The zipper on mine recently popped off after hundreds of miles of hiking, multiple countries, and overall being a tank of a bag for years. PD supplied a replacement even though it was purchased years ago, I only wish that I was able to downsize or change to color of the bag in the warranty process.
I would recommend this to a friend!
