It won't connect to my tv

Trying to connect it to my Sony tv (Android TV based) and the cycle refuses to connect. There's no way to trouble shoot as far as I can tell. What a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a kids entertainment piece for Thanksgiving. Tired the kids out. Still going strong after the holidays. We love it! So many laughs and it’s a great way for the kids to work those legs!

Awesome toy!

My daughter (age 4) wanted an exercise bike for Christmas so she could workout with me (I ride a Peloton). She absolutely loves it! 3/4 apps available with the bike work great. The STEM app does not connect to the bike at all. But the bike is well made and sturdy (my daughter is 42 inches tall and around 46 lbs) and she is able to ride the bike no problem.

Great Product

I purchased TWO of the these for twin grandchildren. They work great. Mine are very user friendly. You have to make sure you are using compatible devise and it is extremely easy to set up. The twins have had this for two years now. They use it a lot and it keeps the occupied for hours. I would recommend all buyers to fully read instructions or to call the help desk.

Love this bike!!

The graphics are great, she maintains incredible focus on the task at hand and has really picked up on her letters and a couple “first on-site”words all in 7 weeks! Wish I had purchased sooner. This has quickly become part of our daily routine, which is ok in the winter.

Son’s favorite toy!

I am so sad to see all of the negative reviews for this bike. Ours works perfectly and our four year old son rides his every day and loves it! We have never had any problems with the apps or connectivity, using an iPad. It tires him out and teaches him, what’s not to love?

Pedal Problems

My son loves this toy. That said, having major issues with right pedal. It keeps flying off! Of course manual doesn't show how to fix or reapply pedal itself. I want a new pedal and some instruction on how to install the pedal itself!
