Great idea and perfect for winter exercise! My daughter (3yo) loves it! PLEASE make a version for adults!!! I think it’d actually make me want to workout PLUS the races look like a blast- PLEASE!

We bought this without knowledge that a tablet wasn’t included. We couldn’t discover the “smart cycle” apps anywhere on any devices. Returning this ASAP.

Do not buy! Stopped working in two days!

I bought this item for my three year old daughter, and it stopped working in just two days! So sad to see her frustrated. Do not throw your money away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend gave this smart cycle as a gift for when my grandson visits. The hardware list of compatible devices includes my Samsung Note 8 (Android 9), but the play store won't let me download it because it says I don't have a compatible device. Then I borrowed my wifes tablet which seemed to work, but the cheap holding clamp constantly turned off the sound volume as my grandson pedals because the bike bounces the tablet. I would expect they will quit selling it soon because the word will spread about the poor design and the family unfriendly game pricing. No doubt those sales numbers are already trending down.

Terrible App Policy

3 of the 4 apps require in-app purchases to do ANYTHING. This is terrible because A. The apps do nothing without the in-app purchase and B. In-app purchases prevent family sharing so my kids can’t both use the apps that I broke down and bought. Given that they do literally nothing without the in-app purchase, they should just have an honest, up-front cost and be able to be shared via family purchases.

App doesn't work on Amazon or Apple products,

Handlebars light up but don’t steer

By step and my son went to ride it and the handlebars light up but don’t work. All else works on it but seems to be the big issue with this product based on other reviews. Also the hidden fees with the so called “free” apps asking for $7 for other games is just ridiculous when you pay for a toy that costs this much and doesn’t work if the handlebars don’t work. What a shame. We are very disappointed.

This product stinks

There is nothing Fisher Price got right on this toy, except for the fact they are charging a ton of money for it. Read the reviews below....pedals don't work, steering doesn't work. Mine will only connect to the Bluetooth for 60 seconds at a time, kind of defeats the purpose, right? Oh, and if you download any of the "free" games, you get the privilege of paying another $7 to play it. I will avoid FP at all cost in the future. Thanks for ruining my kid's Xmas with your crummy product!
