We bought this for out daughter for Christmas and it has major issues connecting to Fire Tablet and when it finally does it disconnects within minutes. We even bought a newer tablet that is listed as being compatible and still nothing. It's been awful as our 4 year old doesn't understand why her bike doesnt work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fun Active Virtual Reality Learning!

I just received my 3 SmartCycles, I watched the assembly video and it took about 10 -15 minutes to put together and synchronizing to our iPad and AppleTV was SO EASY I was surprised. The kids loved the fun interactive environments and attention to detail and clever character development. As one child played the others watched in delight and wanted their turn. I cant wait to give two to friends for Christmas! One of the best "toys" I've ever seen-game changer kids are already going crazy for!

Purchased this for my nephew for his birthday , after assembling it together we realized that the handlebar doesn’t work when steering. So when you have to collect alphabets when playing the game you won’t be able to move left or right. Not sure if we should get a replacement or just get our money back.

Active, Playful, Learning!! Does It All!!

I like toys that combine activity with imagination, and build skills and familiarity with letters, numbers, etc without being overly “educational” and boring. Smart Cycle is super fun, the kids I know LOVE it and keep coming back to it, and it’s great to see them exercising while learning and laughing. No guilt, super safe, easy to set up...who can ask for more??

This toy is AMAZING!!! My son loves it and I feel great knowing he’s getting both exercise and learning on a sturdy, high-quality product. We let him play in the evenings after it gets dark outside and he’ll tucker himself right out before bed, having a blast the whole time. The Mission to Tech City is a particular favorite and the graphics are incredible across the board! Works seemlessly with our Apple TV. Can’t say enough good things about Smart Cycle. Thank you Fisher-Price for one of our family’s favorite toys!!

Terrible product

I bought this for my son and he was able to play on 3 times and then it just stopped connecting to his iPad. Very very angry because I feel like I just threw money away on a piece of junk toy. Would have thought fisher price would have it together and figured out by now but guess not guess they just like sell terrible products and ruining kids big days and Christmas. And basically stealing our money for products that doesn’t work. Very unhappy mom. Don’t think I will be purchasing fisher price products any money it alway a disappointment in the quality or doesn’t work or something broke before my children very get to play with there new toys. And I wish I could give this products no stars.

Not really sized for 5-6 year olds

Our daughter is small for her class as a 5 year old and though she is loving it, she’s too big for it. The seat adjusts but doesn’t really make much difference. Not sure if we will keep it. With her struggling to pedal I expect she won’t love it for long.

Steering not working

Everything work except the steering doesn’t control games. All the buttons work but not the steering. It could be user error I contacted fisher price support to help but they didn’t attempt to trouble shoot just sent me out new set of handle bars. I’ve connected the new handle bars but still have the same issue
